Google’s ability to identify web surfers who are likely to convert has improved to the point that we can now open up some ads to Partner websites. This is a big deal. If we can expand our visibility and get leads at or below our average cost per conversion everyone wins.
What is a search partner? Unlike a Google Ads Partner, websites in Google’s search partner network can show our ads to its visitors. Search partners expand the reach of Google Search ads to hundreds of non-Google websites, as well as YouTube and other Google sites.
In the past, leaving that little box unchecked has been a big no-brainer. At the advice of a high-level Google Strategist, I very slowly started testing partner website conversion costs about a year ago. I was surprised when I started how well it was doing and as they have improved I have been bringing the partner websites online.
